The Auctioneers shall have the right to control and regulate auction.

Each item is sold at the auction as lot or various items may be sold.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser, In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the highest bidder, the item may be re-auctioned

These terms and conditions or any special conditions pertaining to each item shall be announced prior to the commencement of the auction.

The Purchaser shall be bound by all of the terms and conditions announced.

At the fall of the hammer a sale for the goods shall be finally and irrevocably concluded, subject only to such suspensive conditions as may be applicable to any goods.

Risk in and to the goods shall pass to the Purchaser at the fall of the hammer.

The Purchaser acknowledges that he or she has inspected the goods, noted the condition and state thereof, and is satisfied with the goods.

The goods are sold in the condition and state that they are in and the Purchaser purchases the goods in accordance therewith. The Auctioneers shall not be liable for condition or state of any of the goods of which they are unaware.

Neither the Seller of the goods nor The Auctioneers, give any warranties or guarantees or make any representations in regard to the condition or state of any of the goods.

All goods will be sold without VAT

A buyer’s premium of 15% shall be payable on all goods – NO VAT

A documentation fee of R2000.00 shall be payable on all vehicles

The Purchaser shall not be entitled to take delivery of the goods until payment of the full purchase price has been made and the Purchaser is in possession of an invoice stating that the Purchaser has paid the purchase price.

At the fall of the hammer, the Purchaser shall bear the risk in and to the goods.

The Purchaser shall remove the goods between 8 March 2021 and 12 March 2021., 7am – 11am.

The full purchase price of the goods to be paid by 4pm on the day of the auction failing to remove the goods and/or otherwise failing to comply with any of these conditions, any amounts paid to the Auctioneers by the Purchaser as deposit shall be irrevocably forfeited.
